Headquartered at Farnborough in Hampshire, QinetiQ is a B2B security technology company that works with consumer names like Volkswagen, BT, HMRC and Vodafone. Showcase worked with Boldon James, a QinetiQ subsidiary.
QinetiQ chose Showcase to build a new website and deliver a multi-channel marketing strategy to drive awareness and sales enquiries. We hosted a messaging workshop at the start of the project to set the foundations for a new global corporate website and, subsequently, a complete overhaul of the client’s marketing strategy.
Insight from a messaging workshop provided a valuable foundation for re-shaping the client's proposition, enabling us to design, build and write a new 300-page corporate website. The site featured intelligent tracking systems to monitor user behaviour, with smart integrations into Pardot, Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, and a proactive chat and online triage tool.
In their first twelve months, the campaigns generated a 30% uplift in conversion rate, 527 new-business leads, 120k site visits and 1.4m views of content. The overall strategy provided the client with a scalable campaign foundation for growth.
